Let us create a menu for your special event. No event is too big or too small! We use only the standard hotel size pan that fits in chafing dishes
- The small feed approximate 8-10 persons
- The large feed approximate 16-20 persons
This is only a sample menu we can make more different items. Food is definitely the star in the catering world, but it's only one part of the equation. We cook what we eat, we eat what we cook. Stop in or call our catering director and we'll plan your event together!
Appetizers
Antipasto
A classic beginning to a delicious meal. Beautifully arranged on platter with salami, soppressata, Prosciutto di Parma, marinated artichokes, roasted peppers, sun dried tomatoes, marinated mushrooms, olives and combination of different Italian cheeses.

Meatballs Italian Style
Beef veal and pork mix with fresh Italian bread crumb, eggs, parsley, garlic, Parmigiano and Romano cheese, sautéed in olive oil. Served in our tomato sauce.

Neptune Salad
This zesty seafood salad has a fresh-from-sea feel, its brimming with baby calamari (squid), scungilli (conch), mussels and jumbo white shrimps size U12 these tender, sweet-meat shell-fish are all mild tasting and so firm-textured that they practically crunch when you chew them, and all cooked at perfection. They are tossed in a lemon dressing with red onions, celery and red roasted peppers.

Mozzarella Caprese

Anacapri Lasagna
An irresistibly light treat. We created this dish as a light version of Lasagna. Its made with pasta diced chicken breast, broccoli, carrots, peas, mushrooms, and a pink light cream tomatoes sauce, that are layered with grated Parmigiano and melted mozzarella cheese.

Chicken Francese
Tangy and tender...When chicken breast are truly fork-tender, you know you're in for a treat. We pamper our all natural chicken breasts dipping them lightly in flour, then egg, before gently sauteing them to a beautiful golden color in lemon sauce. It has the perfect amount of tang.

This is the way we love to eat most nights of the week...simple, honest country food cooked to perfection. Chicken cacciatore is a hunters style dish. It is designed to be hearty, simple and nourishing. We cook our chicken breast (boneless) with mushrooms in a thick, lustrous tomato sauce.

Rentals
Chafing-dish are rented per day $15 each
(Fuel sold separated $2 each / last for 4 hours)
$50.00 Deposit required per chafing dish, will refunded once you have returned the item.
Renter takes full responsibility for proper set up. The renter agrees that Anacapri holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to renter or any third party.
The renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury and if any accident involving Anacapri's rental items has occurred while it is in renter's possession, renter shall make Anacapri aware by written statement of details of occurrence of event including police re-port and names and addresses of witnesses.
All chaffing dish must be returned wiped free of food and replaced in the same containers as pick up. A $10 fee will be charged if items are not left in this condition. Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessor from the time of pick up to the time return buy customer. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. We DO charge for missing, broken, or damaged items. Please take care of rented items, as you would care for your own personal items. Thank You!
