This website is operated by Anacapri Italian Restaurant, Market and Wine Bar. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Anacapri Italian Restaurant, Market and Wine Bar. By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

By placing an order for alcoholic beverages, you confirm that:

- The recipient of the shipment is also 21 years of age or older
All alcohol deliveries require:
- Adult signature (21+) upon delivery
- Valid government-issued ID verification
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order if age verification cannot be confirmed
- Cancel any order that violates applicable alcohol laws
Providing false information, including age misrepresentation, is a violation of these Terms and may result in cancellation of your order.
SECTION 3 – SHIPPING & COMPLIANCE
We only ship alcoholic beverages to states where it is legally permitted.

- We may cancel orders that cannot be legally fulfilled
Delivery Terms:
- An adult (21+) must be present to receive the shipment
- Carriers may attempt delivery multiple times
- Failed delivery attempts may result in:
- Additional shipping charges
- Order cancellation
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments due to:
- No eligible recipient present
- Incorrect shipping information
- Carrier issues beyond our control
SECTION 4 – TRANSFER OF TITLE & RESPONSIBILITY
Title and ownership of alcoholic beverages pass to the purchaser at the time of shipment.
By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order.

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities per order

SECTION 19 – GOVERNMENT WARNING
